A Bet is a contractual agreement based on risk, made between the customer and 888starz under these Rules, where the outcome depends on an event that has yet to be decided. Bets are placed under the terms provided by the bookmaker.

An Outcome refers to the result of the event(s) that the bet concerns.

A Customer is any individual who places a bet with the bookmaker.

A Bet Cancellation occurs when a bet is voided, meaning it will not be settled and any potential winnings are not paid; the stake is refunded in such cases.

Regular Time refers to the duration of a match, including any referee-added time, but excludes overtime, penalty shootouts, or extra periods.

The Group refers to AZIMUTONE Limited (registration number HE410499, Nicosia, Cyprus) and Bittech B.V. (registration number 153870, Curaçao).

The Operator is Bittech B.V., licensed under OGL/2024/665/0201 and Kahnawake License No. 970.

The Payment Processor is AZIMUTONE Limited.

888tron is a TRC-20 Tron Blockchain-based crypto token, rewarded to players for bets placed on slots, live casino, and other games with fixed RTP rates. Sports betting, poker, and lotteries are excluded from this rewards system.

Only individuals aged 18 or the legal age of majority in their country (whichever is higher) and who accept these Betting Rules are permitted to place bets. Any underage accounts found in violation will have their winnings and funds confiscated in favour of the Commission. Account-to-account fund transfers between players are strictly forbidden.

Betting Restrictions

The following persons are not allowed to bet:

• Those under 18 years old.
• Individuals involved in the events being bet on (athletes, referees, coaches, owners, etc.) or their representatives.
• Other bookmakers’ representatives.
• Any individuals legally prohibited from engaging in betting under local laws.

Accessing or using the 888starz website may be illegal in certain countries such as the USA, UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands, France, Dutch West Indies, and Curaçao. Availability of the website in these regions does not equate to an offer or invitation to use the site’s services. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before using the website.

888starz reserves the right to reject bets from anyone violating these Rules or social conduct standards, and can refuse any bet without explanation. Bets are settled using information from the processing centre. Winnings are paid within 30 days of the official announcement of event results.

Customers must verify their winnings upon payout. Any disputes regarding winnings must be submitted within 10 days, including detailed information and supporting documentation. Claims related to Cyber-Live games must be filed within 72 hours of game completion.

A bet is considered successful only if all outcomes selected are correct. Betting terms (odds, handicaps, maximum stakes) may vary after placement, but the conditions at the time of the bet apply.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the customer and bookmaker regarding payouts, odds, or other material terms must first go through a pre-trial complaint procedure. Written complaints must be submitted within 10 days to the bookmaker’s registered office, or in the customer’s case, to their residential address.

Errors and Technical Issues

In cases of technical problems, live esports bets are refunded only if the event does not proceed or bets remain unsettled. If a bet is accepted due to an obvious error (incorrect odds, misprints, or rule violations), the bookmaker may void the bet and refund at odds of 1.0.

888starz may also void bets if there are suspicions of match-fixing, account misuse, or abnormal betting activity. The bookmaker is committed to integrity in sports and complies with the “Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions” (CETS No.215).

If any complaint is not resolved within the stipulated time, legal action can be taken in the jurisdiction where the bookmaker is registered.

The bookmaker may update these Rules at any time, with new terms applying only to bets placed after the changes. A successful bet placement signifies the customer’s acceptance of these Rules.

Account Conduct and Restrictions

Each customer is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts per household, IP address, or payment method are not allowed. Duplicate accounts or fraudulent activities (such as using false documents or unauthorized bank cards) may result in account suspension, voided bets, and frozen funds.

888starz may request identity verification, including document submission or a video verification process, which may take up to 72 hours. Non-compliance may lead to account suspension and fund seizure.

Account Security

Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential. If account credentials are compromised, customers must notify 888starz and update their security information.

The account holder is solely responsible for all actions on their account. Third-party account usage is prohibited, and the bookmaker may refuse winnings or refund requests in such cases.

888starz is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of profit.

Inactive accounts for over three months may be blocked; customers can contact the Security Team for reinstatement.

Responsible Gambling

888starz promotes responsible gambling. The company prohibits underage betting and ensures that advertisements are not directed at minors. Players are encouraged to:

• Set spending and time limits.
• Avoid gambling under the influence or when feeling distressed.
• Only gamble with money they can afford to lose.
• Avoid chasing losses.

Players can assess their gambling behaviour by considering if they:

• Overspend or borrow to gamble.
• Distance themselves from family.
• Feel defensive about gambling habits.
• Experience loss of interest in hobbies.
• Feel depressed or anxious due to gambling.

888starz provides self-exclusion options, allowing players to block access for defined periods (1 week to 1 year). To activate self-exclusion, identity verification is required.

Suspicious Activity

Any criminal or suspicious activities identified on an account will be reported to relevant authorities. The bookmaker reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension, pending verification.
